Confirm your appointment online or via SMS by replying to any of our confirmation emails or messages. Click or reply to easily confirm your spot! You can also give us a call at 615-781-9544. Remember, if you don't confirm your appointment, our system may reclaim your spot and assign it to another customer waiting to be served.
Don't get left out!
Confirm your appointment as soon as you receive your notifications to secure your reservation. Otherwise, your appointment may get automatically cancelled by our system and another customer may claim your spot.
Avoid cancellation fees
Confirmed appointments may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to scheduled time and avoid a cancellation fee.
"I didn't cancel. What happened?"
If you forget to confirm your appointment via email or SMS your request may be cancelled automatically by our system and offered to other customers waiting to be served. If a new customer fails to recall your spot you may be able to request it again. Please contact us to reschedule.
"Why did I get charged?"
If you fail to check-in at your next appointment (no-show) or cancel after the alloted cancellation window (48 hours prior to scheduled time) you may be charged a cancellation fee.
